you need to give people yout ISP allocated address and not your routers address.
I suggest you search the form because this subject has been covered many times before. |

Can you clarify exactly what your trying to do?
You have 2 web servers, only one will resopnd, I take it that the other is used for...adverts?? popups, etc.
depending on what your tring to achieve depends on how you progress from here, you may find that PHP has the answer or VPN.
if you simply want 2 servers with out distinguishing between them, use 'Broadcast' on port 80, any request will be met by both servers responding, alternat is to put the other server on a different port and have a DNS mask the /ip:port/ assignment to that server.
Hosting subdomains or redirection by referer or doamin URL is another option to you....
Is not as clear cut as you think, you may if your looking to host, learn some network administration and set up your own domain and mapped drives, you then only need to add in the mapped drives through your web server to add in that space, it is also accessable to members if your ftp server or control pannel ssoftware can deal with network sharesand VPN.
It is hard to tell exactly what you want to do, so please let us know the details, we cant help you much if your details are limited. |

Quote: | a user on the internet, outside of your network, can view your site
but when you access your site, from within the network, all you can see is the router login screen |
is this what your after...?
Quote: | a website where you can access your website, from within your network, without showing the router login screen |

in your router you will have a setting that allows remote admin, this should be turned off as you really should administer your router from within your LAN and not outside of it, that in itself is a security risk. |

If you have it turned off, then the rouers programming sucks, that in itself is a security issue, I advise you goto the manufacturers site and contact their customer support abut it, they may have a firmware update to correct for it. |

soho is Small Office & Home Office, refering to the intended use.
Out of intrest, what is the manufacturers name? can you give a general description of the spec and any chance of a picture of the offending item, important things lie the facia and serial tag will indicate what type and also help ID the thing, theirs bound to be a site or source for any software, companys that go bankrupt usually are bought up by a company that does a similar line of modem.
I recently had to chase up a modem myself, seems that the manufacturer was bought out by Intel and a set of intel drivers is what got the modem up, so dont give up just yet. |
