I am using Abyss web server as a test server for a site I am developing so that I can check the SSI & CGI work. I have no problems and it works fine.
I want to put a copy of the website on to a laptop that is not connected to the internet so that I can take it and show it to a colleague. I copied the .exe installation file on to a cd and installed it on to the laptop. It tells me that the web server is running but none of my shtml files show up. The html ones look ok.
Can anyone help? |

Did you setup the SSI on your offline laptop , you can run the server offline
by typing http://localhost or http://127.0.0.1 , I hope that helps you out.
Note: Copying the abyssws.exe will not carry all your current settings , you
need to copy the abyss.conf file and then you will have SSI working. Later! |
