OK i know you all get a whole but load of questions about port 80 the thing is my website works fine... to an extent.
For some reason port 80 wasnt working for me so i switched to port 81 wich is fine .. except for at my school i cant see my website im thinking its because it is on port 81, so i called my isp and simply asked are you blocking port 80 for my machine? They laughed and said no so why is it that noone can see my website when it is switched to port 80? is it the router?
Sorry about the annoyance. |

it's not an announce :D
if your school has a similar system to my old school, an RM network, then old connections to port 80 are allowed.
for your sever to have Internet access you will need to set the router to forward incoming port 80 traffic to your server pc. without a router make i can offer no more specific info. _________________ Olly |
