i have linked some people to this site and they say they get nohting, a blank page.

could i have set up somthing wrong or could it be a firewall i have or somthing, i have tryed it with my firewall disabled but its still the same.

didn't work for me...Could be a firewall problem, or you didn't forward the right port in a router if you have one, your ISP might block the port, or you don't have the correct settings in your no-ip account.

it is very likely no-ip.com, try using www.dyndns.org services and see if you have any issues.

If you can connect without issue after signing up for services and creating and updating your DNS, you can be that the no-ip server could only read the ISP proxy server that your ISP runs.
