Hi,

The domain name,is my i.p. address as the i.p. address changes is there a free domain address out there or software which will change this automaticly, thanks or anything that aprelium offers,

Both offer clients to automatically update your free subdomain when your IP changes.

If you mean you have a domain name already - hard to understand your question ! - then look at ZoneEdit.com to manage your DNS and also have links to free clients to allow you to update your domain when your IP changes.
