problem with login to my server via cell phone

hello,

well i configure an abyss server X1 on my computer
i choose port 100, and with no-ip i configure port 80 redirect.

in my computer i can login to my server without any problem.
but via my cell phone i got that message:

sorry, your browser does not support frames. click a HREF="http://83.130.25.104:100"
TARGET=_tophere/a

another thing - when i try to login at http://83.130.25.104:100 at my cell phone i got error message

i think my phone supprt the abyss web server because i login to someone that run abyss web server X1.
