| I type my ip:port in and it keeps taking me to the abysee server page that says u have setup a site on ur pc.....but i have replaced those files and it won't display my index.html file i gotta type it for it to show...any help? |

Click on Internet Options and clear cookies !
and clear history , delete all offline content. |

Radejr,
It seems that your browser is getting this page from its cache instead of downloading it from the server. Force a total refresh when browsing the page by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+R.
