There are a variety of ways. One way is to install the perl script from:PSUpload
http://www.perlservices.net/en/programs/psupload/index.shtml
I have used this and it works great...just remember to list all the extentions you wish during the configuration.

Method #1: Use an FTP server (I can help you set one up if you need).
Method #2: Use an upload script (as Axis recommended). www.hotscripts.com also has hundreds of them, if you cannot work/do not like the one above.
