"We used to be running on Abyss Web Server X1, but now we have the fastest, safest software on our server (IIS 5.0)."
Let me just say, IIS is one of the most insecure, if not THE most insecure web servers out there. Just thought you might want to know; after all, it is your choice of what server to run. _________________ Bienvenidos! |

... But at the end of the day, IIS is an enterprise level solution like Apache, whereas the current version of Abyss is still only suited to personal or single site hosting. The upcoming Pro version should certainly be an IIS beater on features. A well secured and patched IIS server should be just as secure as Abyss at that point in time, it's just more likely that an IIS exploit will come out in the future, and you may find out about itwhen it is already too late. |
