I want to start a webhosting and a domain name registrar service. I was just wandering what are the legal things I need to watch out for? For the webhosting part, do i need a lincence??? Because I know that to be a registrar I need to get like a licence from something like VeriSign. Correct me if I am wrong...
Help please or turn me to something or someone that could get me some answers.

I know it's been a while, but I've been looking for a website to give you.
To be a webhost: There isn't much of a license you need to become a webhost. It is more in the money issues.
To be a Registrar: Check with VeriSign about becoming a registrar. They have all the terms and conditions on their page.
