[quote="wheelspinner99,
Check that /error pages/error404.htm is a correct virtual path. For that, browse http://yoursite/error pages/error404.htm . Do you see your error404.htm page? _________________ Support Team

Once you have the correct page displayed, copy and paste the URL into the Abyss console error page setup to prevent any typos. _________________ Bienvenidos! |

I find it's always a good idea to avoid using paths or files with spaces in them, not that it's the source of your trouble here, but that it is often the source of troubles for a lot of things. |

yeah, i realized that the space in the file name may cause problems later, so i did remove it. Still not working. I typed out the full URL to the error page and then copied everything from my domain name over and placed it not only in the custom error pages section of the console, but also in the default error page. Neither have worked so far. What is next? |

Send your abyss.conf file to support@aprelium.com and don't forget to tell us what is the full path of your 404 error page (on your hard drive). _________________ Support Team
