| It's not something you can download. It's a form to fill out online to generate the right code for you to use. And the site is definitely up. |

| it was blocking it for me too but i rememberd that my firewall blocks some stuff sometime so i pressed back and went back and clicked on the php version link while pressing cntrl(my override key) and then it work |
