Am looking to add logic to my links, ive built a brave bit of my site using php and css and a bit of html but am looking to add logic to my links, below is

above is an example of what i mean, yes i notice that its wrote using coldfusion but ive seen the same thing being done with php.
I can't find the term of this method anywhere to find out how it works or anyfing so if anyone can provide me with any help please do. thanks |
