Stop Abyss and delete its directory. That's it. _________________ Support Team

ok, i stopped the server, deleted the directory and installed it again under /home/user/
but the standard abyss web page doesn't show when i enter my url in my browser. i have opened the firewall for web access, and it worked earlier. i have not changed any settings in the abyss console.
the only difference from before is that i have uninstalled everything that has someting to do with the Apache server, to avoid any conflict. was that stupid? do i need e.g. httpd to make abyss work? |

zaphyr,
Abyss does not need any other program to work.
Can you access your web site from your computer: try opening a web browser on the computer where Abyss runs and browse the local web site URL (usually http://127.0.0.1:8000 ).
If it works, then you should check your network settings (do you have a proxy/firewall/etc...).
Waiting for more feedback. _________________ Support Team
