Is it still nessasary to use FireDeamon to start Abyss automaically after a reboot?

I woun't use it to restart the server, but at least to start the server up after a system reboot.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

mcwilliams132,

FireDaemon will run Abyss as a system service (even if a user doesn't log on). So you will still need it since 1.2 doesn't support running as a service (as the previous versions).

But if you don't need this feature and if there is always a user logged in (or if you have enabled automatic login feature), there is no need for FireDaemon to monitor Abyss and restart it if it crashes (1.2 is now crash-proof).

I set Fire Daemon to start abyss but not restart it.

Everything's working smooth! Thanks!
