(Yes I have searched the forums)
I have triggered a simple error by using:

<?php echo date('hi); ?>
|
Which does generate a parse error to the browser, yet nothing shows up in my fastcgi.log
Am I just missing a php initiative in my ini?

Resolved once again. It just took some time for it to show up in the log.
