Create a directory called for example myfiles in the htdocs directory (it is in the directory where Abyss is installed). Put the files you want people to download in myfiles (using the Windows explorer, drag and drop the files, or copy them).
Next tell people to browse http://yoursite/myfiles . They will see a listing of the files available there and when they choose one, they can download it.
