Okay, Maybe I am a complete moron, but I'm having some problems.
I have everything set up, but I'm not quite sure on how to access the acuall server from anywhere.
The adress of it is... where? In other words, what do I point my browser to inorder to see the files in htdocs.
At this point is the site online, or could my friend accross the state see it if I knew what the link was to tell him?
How would I go about directing traffic from my current domain to the information hosted on my server?
Thanks, any help you could offer would be great. Right now I'm going to get some sleep but I'll check back tomorrow afternoon.
Sincerely
-Tom |

Okay, well I've figured out alot of it. But now I have the problem of allowing incomming traffic on my router. I do not have the origanal documentation for it so I'm going to have to bs my way though it.
Anyone have any ideas where I could look, or where to start? |

I do http://www.offspringvideos.com/router/ , but please make sure your ISP allows you to own a static IP b4 proceding. it says port 20 to 80 for web , don't listen to what the diagram says , just put 80 to 80 and the tutorial will work fine 8) _________________ This web server is the best ! |
