Getting Domain

I created everything for my website and I need to get it on the web, I need to be able to host it from abyss server to my IP but given a domain name to use. Im not sure how to do this at all any help apreciated.

First of all, make sure you have port 80 forwarded to your server's internal/lan IP address if you have a router.

You're wanting a domain name? What kind? You can get a free subdomain using a service such as dyndns, no-ip, or freedns. Those sites will give you a subdomain of a website (such as subdomain.website.com). If you want your own domain name then you will have to pay money to register a domain.

I would recommend DynDNS -> http://dyndns.org
After you create an account, go here https://www.dyndns.com/account/services/hosts/add.html

Then you can have yourname.dyndns.org or yourname.selfip.info ...

If you want yourname.com, you have to pay for that. You can get a domain from many different places. See http://www.aprelium.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=14597
