Is it possible to make it so that I can run Phpbb from the Abyss web server? I have the php support, but do i need MySQL??

Yes, you can run almost any forum on Abyss. Look into the tutorials section and you'll find a guide on phpBB2. Also, you do need mysql support.
Keep in mind the guide was created for MySQL. 3.25 and up and has not been tested on the latest versions (4) yet... I will do that now...

Thanks a lot! one more question though, if you don't mind, I tired looking into installing MySQL but I couldn't find the link for it on this site?? do I have to search else where?
