Blank Pages also.
Doesn't matter what the content of the PHP file is.
Simple Echo scripts also return blank pages instead of echoing the text "Hello World!"

I looked for php.ini in my windows directory, and it isn't there. I am using PHP 5.0.1 . I get the same error message:
cannot load MySQL extension,
please check PHP Configuration.
