yea if i use localhost it works
if someone on outside it doesnt work

its only when i point a user to a dir to download a file

everything else is fine

when someone downloads off me
for example when they download a large file
say bob.jpg
instead of getting its contents
they just appear to get the .jpg file
someone help plz
