Due to my hosting provider not allowing the sql database i'm running on there server due to cpu usage i wish to run it from my home based webserver

512MB
2X 120GB RAID DRIVES

the files are norton anti virus fix files EXE and some sharware files also EXE files

at this mo in time i have ziped and rar 'ed them to stop this problem as i'm in the middel of testing PHP and SQ ...

since loading php and sql i have had this problom

when people download a file it run's on my server and wont download to them.
the message they get is HTTP 500 - Internal server error
