Will this number alone bring other computers (not in network) (on line) to the website or MUST ...

I created everything for my website and I need to get it on the web, I need to be able to host it from abyss server to my IP but given a domain name to use. Im not sure how to do this at all any help ...

I installed it and my IP works when I type it in the adress box, but when I give it the port number at the end it asks for the username/password.
