If you don't know how to enter mysql, Open "Command" using the run function if you're in Win9x or "cmd" if you are in windows 2k/XP. Type dir \mysql\bin and then mysql.

That means you need to setup a login-password for mysql and then configure phpMyAdmin to connect to that login.
