I tried different ports and I used my real IP address, rather than http://192.168.1.3

I'm having a similar problem, if not Identicle.

This is what I'm running

*Windows XP SP2
*TCP/IP Options set to allow trafficing/sharing
*website domain
*Filter/firewall disabled
