|
|
I'm trying to install phpmyadmin and get the error "Cannot load mcrypt extension. Please check your PHP configuration.". I've looked around and can't seem to find a solution anywhere. Can someone tell me how to correct this issue? The only solution I found was dealing with libmcrypt.dll and putting it in my System32 folder. I did this and nothing has changed.
Also, if I ignore that error and try enter my password and username (as I entered it into my config.inc.php file), most of the time I get "#2003 - The server is not responding". No clue what would cause this, Abyss seems to be running fine, as is MySQL.
Just for kicks, this info may be useful:
Abyss Web Server X1 (v 2.5)
PHP 5.2.2 package for Windows
MySQL 5.1.30 - WinX64
Abyss has already been configured for PHP following instructions within this forum. I believe PHP and MySQL are functioning just fine. Any way to check for errors? |

I fixed the mcrypt error. I uncommented the "extension=php_mcrypt.dll" line in php.ini.
But I still can't get passed the login screen. Its always a #2003 error and nothing else happens.
I'm using phpMyAdmin 3.1.0 by the way.
*Edit*Changed something and now it says "#2003 - Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)"
I checked everything I can find on google with no luck. |

Do you have mysql installed? Is it on the default port? That error suggests there isn't a server on that computer. _________________ -Blake | New Server :D
