Spud2004,
Thank you for your suggestion. We'll contact the webmaster of Fastcgi.com and ask him to add Abyss Web Server to the list of web servers supporting FastCGI. _________________ Support Team

We've sent an email about Abyss/FastCGI on June 3rd, 2006 to rob*chelsea.net (the webmaster of fastcgi.com). We've got no reply and the listing has not been updated since then. _________________ Support Team

Bottom of fastcgi.com shows email address as "robs*chelsea.net."
Sent an email to both addresses and "rob*chelsea.net" is undeliverable.

Spud2004,
Sorry. There was a typo in our previous post: the email has been sent to robs*chelsea.net (wih a CC to robs*fastcgi.com ). _________________ Support Team

If you have no interpreters declared and one or more FastCGI programs (which paths are incuded inside one of the "Script Paths"), you'll experience a crash when the FastCGI launch is being requested.
That's a (stupid) bug with 2.4.0.3 only. We'll provide a fix by the weekend.
Meanwhile, either delcare an interpreter in your configuration (even a fake one) or wait for 2.4.0.4. _________________ Support Team

I have no interpreters defined (it says empty) and 2 paths 2 fastcgi programs. Never crash. However, someone there did send me
the software via email about a month ago that addressed fastcgi.
I was not able to get it to load. Perhaps I already have the fix?

Spud2004,
If you got that version from priority@aprelium.com on January 12, then you have X2 2.4.0.4 which has already the fix.
We will make X1 2.4.0.4 available for the other users. We are sorry for the confusion and for not having published it earlier. _________________ Support Team

If ANY change is made (and the product goes out the door) incrementing a subversion can be extremely useful. |

That's what we did: the version that is publicly available is 2.4.0.3 and the fixed version is 2.4.0.4. _________________ Support Team
