Its only the beginning of the day and would be intresting to see the outcome but a staggering 81% of people sofar say that if you repeatedly offend, you should get locked up and in this IM inclined to agree, followed by or even including electronic tagging with GPS tracking incase they decide to try to escape, they wont get far.
Another 170 vote arrived in the time it took to post this and the outcome is still the same. |

Well its looking a bit thin on the ground, only 50% of the usual turnout but none the less that theirs an indication that people are just fed up of people getting off too lightly with committing offences |
