I am pretty much new at CGI and I just downloaded some CGI files and wanted to know if I created a new folder in the CGI bin directory and put the files in there, would it still work? For Instance, C:\Program Files\Abyss Web Server\cgi-bin\voting both\(then all my files here for the voting both) or do they have to be exactly in the cgi bin. Sorry for it being confusing. Thank you

It does not matter where you put them. In the Abyss CGI configuration, there are things called "CGI Paths." They are by default set up such as "/*.cgi," meaning a .cgi file in any directory in your root or above directory will work.

If you haven't changed anything, then you can not only put a CGI file in your CGI-BIN directory, but anywhere in your \htdocs folder.
