how do you find your WAN ip number, not your DSL or Cable IP number like 192.168.1.xxx? |

sorry, though it shows my ip address, my ip address only links me to my router administration area. My router is a LinkSys BEFSR41v3. the only way i can get to my site is on my computer via the LAN ip address eg 192.168.1.100 . Also that wont work when you're on a diffrent computer. |

if you have your web server setup correctly

Apparently you want to route your WAN (external) IP (such as 12.210.225.25) to your LAN (internal) IP (such as 192.168.1.100). Go into your Router's configuration, and set up port forwarding. If you are just going to be using Abyss on port 80, then forward port 80 (both TCP+UDP) to your internal. _________________ Bienvenidos! |
