That means that the script spends more that the CGI Timeout delay to execute and that the server killed it.
Please check if your script doesn't has a infinite loop or if it doesn't take too long to execute. If this is the case, you can increase the CGI Timeout parameter (which is by default 30 seconds.) _________________ Support Team

Reinstalling Abyss Web Server isn't necessary. All you need to do if you want to reset it, erase abyss.conf and restart it.
If you need help, can you send us the script to support@aprelium.com so we can review it ?
[Abyss Web Server doesn't save any configuration data in the Windows Registry]. _________________ Support Team

fixed it! i will explain what went wrong anyway. i had installed PHP using the .exe installer wich come without extensions and then i wanted to experiment with sockets so i downloaded the zip package and put the extensions in the PHP directory un der /extensions and then uncommented the line in the PHP.ini file saying phpsocket.dll and then tried using sockets. but! seing as you are running a server on you comp then abyss fails to work and you have to comment that line again to gt it to work again. |
