Small but useful port scanner

Hi everybody..

I was wondering if anyone know about a small port scanner like the one they use on uTorrent's website( http://www.utorrent.com/testport.php?port=80 ).
I'm looking for one like that, but a little different. Instead of one port it should be able to check several ports in one go. The address could for example be "site.com/script.php?port1=80&port2=21&port3=8080".
I don't know if it's possible, but maybe including the host-address could also be a great feature, e.g. "site.com/script.php?host=ip-or-wwwaddress&port1=80&port2=21".

So, back to the question...
Does anyone know of a script like this that could run on Abyss or maybe could make one?
I haven't played with PHP in a couple of months, so I'm not that good at it.

I hope anyone has a link to a script like the one described or maybe can make such a script. Creds will surely be given for either finding or making such a script :)

Including the host address could be a great feature if you want to get arrested when some bright spark spots you can put different hostnames in and helpfully uses your script to make your PC portscan the FBI website ;) That's why pretty much all the port test websites will only scan the IP they detect you connecting from.

There's a PHP example here you could easily adapt into a script for your site.

Just change it so instead of going through a for loop for ports it accepts however many you want as parameters and steps through them.

If you just need a regular port scanner, I recommend this one.

Yeah ok, I can see the host-part isn't so great after all. But I'll try to play around with the article you linked to.

The portscanner you linked to is an application for windows, not a PHP-script. But maybe I'll try it out anyway :)
