and Abyss just makes it work beautifully over my ADSL line, which has an upload speed of 768kbps, however I might need to move it to professional hosting as even that upload speed is not enough :?

| it works pretty well...its not really slow. Maybe you would want a faster line if you were goin to have some downloads but otherwise looks nice. |

sorry about the missing W, have corrected that!
Thanks for the feedback, normally it works pretty fast, as I am on Freedom 2 Surf 8mbps download and 768kbps upload, which is what counts most.
I am talking to Abyss support about a couple of probelms I have, as looking at AWSTATS that I installed, I am getting loads of 302 errors, page redirects, which is baffling me! |

I think it's my duty to put everyone else in their place since they didn't make an example out of me! :P
My sad upload speed is only 128 Kbps and look at how fast www.mrwiseone.com loads! Not very fast lol .. Abyssunderground has just upgraded to 512 and on your connection it would be instant I'd imagine ..
Overall ytour sites looks great and I like the logo although it's in Italian lol so I can't read it .. |

Speaking of your website... This is what I get when I visit it:
If you guys ever need to spoof the HTTP_REFERER, I recommend this little tool.
It's also pretty useful for pages that display the "latest visitors references". Usually, those page never validate any incomming data since the webmaster didn't thing is was possible to spoof the referer. That means you can include both SQL-injections and HTML. I did a deface on serials.ws a while ago thanks to this technique. |

I am on 768 and it does suffer when someone is looking at the photo gallery, guess I should optimize the photos.
Been chatting around, doesn't seem anything fast in the UK, unless you go with BE at 1mbps |

Even Be will be rubbish as you have to be right next to the exchange to get those speeds.

The referrer thing: All I have simply done is turned on anit-leeching and given it a facny page. AND the Refuse Requests with no "Referer" Header checkbox is unchecked. Aprelium? :)
