I'll clarify my post above a little bit.
From your IP address' reverse DNS (or hostname), Adelphia is your ISP.
They block port 80, which is the typical port Abyss and any web server runs on.
If you have a router, you will need to configure port forwarding on the router.
So...
Do you have a router?
If so, do you know how to forward ports?
Have you tried Abyss on a different port to access your webserver by http://69.161.200.44?
