I know my ISPs blocks port 8080. So it is the reason why people using other than my ISPs cannot see my webpage.
So I have tried to change port to other than 80. But the result is I cannot access to my webpage even throught http://localhost
(I am using Windows Me, no-ip software, PC-cillin antivirus RealTime scan)
(I have got a specific name for my webpage)
thx |
