Does anybody know of a "Webserver friendly" dsl service the US?

Im using verizon buisness dsl. ITs 79.95 plus your reg telephone bill. Static ip and it works fine, Only way to get a static ip is go buisness class, then they can even transfer domain registration right to your ip.
