Did your local IP change if your using a router?
Did your ISP block the port?
Do you have a firewall blocking it?
Are you displaying the correct IP for people to connect to? (www.abyssunderground.co.uk/ip to find out)

Many suggestions that you could try.

i swiched ports
maybe its the firewall...
try http://70.174.120.108:1212/
and if this doesnt work i have one last idea
