The ip I've got listed there just gives me "Action Canceled".
127.0.0.1 works fine.
I've tried adding ":80" to the end of my ip, but it doesn't matter.
I think it may have something to do with the fact that I've set up a statci ip address using this tutorial because I'm behind a router and I needed ports forwarded. |

| You and people on your network can only go to your site using your local IP, and you main IP. (local is gunna be like 192.168.1.7, and your main is gunna 4.765.90.23) |

Right, my outgoing ip doesn't work from within my lan. Siht I knew that to, I've passed the first 2 modules of cisco.

Acctually for future refrence IPv4 address can only go up to 255.255.255.255 not 765 ;),

765 in an IP-adress? Dude, learn the basics. |
