I installed Abyss on Windows XP and everything is working fine except when I call a .cgi or .pl script from my website it wants to download the script instead of executing it. I have checked and double checked the line endings and they are fine. What should the path be if I used the default locations on all installations? C:\Perl\bin\perl.exe is my perl directory. The script is for an order form that displays the customer info when it executes. |

you need to access your server console and enable cgi
so your webserver understands that those cgi files need to be
processed and not downloaded. |
