Yes, it works. Congratulations.
Yes, it's possible to get an email address for your domain. There are a few choices:- You can setup email forwarding to an existing email with zoneedit.com.
- Install a mail server and create an MX record (with your registrar) pointing to your IP.
- Purchase an email acount for your domain from your registrar (if available).
