as far as I know alot of forums don't support the png format, try converting the file to jpg
or use this image:

Elethor,
The tag is not wrong. But the way your No-IP domain is set is the cause of the problem.
It seems that you are using "Web Redirect" as the "Host type" in your No-IP
domain configuration. Web redirection won't work correctly when linking to images from outside your site (as you have noticed).
So you should change your domain configuration in No-IP to be "DNS Host (A)" for "Host Type" (see http://www.no-ip.com/getting_started.php#4 ).
