liberum helpdesk and free x1 v20020

just upgraded 1.2.3.0 to 2.0.0.20 now the liberum helpdesk wont launch, getting 404 when trying to access the link. Have checked interpreter paths, nothing has changed.

i have reverted back to 1.2.3.0 and all fires up OK.

is there a problem with ahtml.exe and v2.0.0.20, do I still need to use it to process ASP pages?

When installing 2.0.0.20, choose the directory where the old version is so that your old configuration file is upgraded. Otherwise, if you install the server in a new location, it will start with a new fresh configuration that doesn't know where your old files are and so you get 404 errors (not found).

If this doesn't help, please send to support@aprelium.com your configuration file and tell us where have you installed the new version (what is the full path in your hard drive)? Tell us also what URLs give you error 404.
