As Abyss installer does not have unattended mode, is it possible to install it on %subj% where GUI interface missing at all?

You can deploy the files using a normal copy from a working installation. The installer is good only for the .NET parts and even those could be set up later with adnregiter.exe tool shipping with Abyss Web Server.

You can run abysswe.exe without the GUI as a normal console tool. Since we're not sure about the Windows 10 IoT capabilities, we'd like to give it a try in a real use case like your.
