Hello. First and foremost, my background. I repair pc's for a
living, I reinstall software, etc. So as far as technical lingo and
performing pc based tasks, I am well qualified. As far as setting up
a webserver, I have 0 in the experience category.

I am running it through my home dsl (its only a small site). I have a
domain and Dynamic update client from no-ip.org, that updates my ip
address to the dns server every 5 minutes. I have verified using a
ping command, that when you ping my domain name (www.dcpcr.com) it
does in fact hit my server. I have verified that the port on my
router is in fact open using http://canyouseeme.org/ and port 1111 is
open.

I can access the server configuration by going to
http://127.0.0.1:9999 with no problem. I have the server running on
port 1111 as it was completely random, and my ISP blocks port 80 and
port 25 connections.

I have created the basic of basic index.html page and placed it in the
htdocs directory, and removed the old 1.

Heres the problem. When I try navigate by ip or domain name, to my
server, if teamviewer i get "this page cannot be displayed".

If on the server I enter, 127.0.0.1 or localhost, I also get, this
page cannot be displayed.

From the little bit I know about hosting a website, this does not make
any sense to me. Did I screw up something in the configuration?
Please help, I would really like to get my website up and running.

Most of the settings are set as default, I didn't change anything.
Right now I am using your Abyss Web Server X1 v2.6.
