How I can read the server-variables "Remote_user", the
user-name string sent in by the user?
The value of the server variable that i read is null! |

All depends on the scripting language you're using. Usually this variable is set in the environment of the script. Its value is null (or it is empty) when no authentication has been done by the browser. So to have it contain a value, you should password protect the script (either in Abyss using the Access Rules or by another script which sends error 401 back to the browser and handles the authentication itself.)
But please give us more information for a more accurate answer. |

I need to read the user-name (account-NT) sent by the user, how is possible?
The scripting language will be ASP.
Can you help me? |

Do you need the NT user account that has started Abyss? |
