I am trying to get helpdesk3 running, it uses mysql & php. I have all installed and configured to use via abyss.
problem is to do with login to the system. The login screen pulls user data from the DB ok, but then loops back to the login screen again.
I have scanned the forum and found an article referring to the session variable settings and have checked, all seem OK, but the helpdesk3 guys think its something to do with session data not being saved.
has anyone else had a similar problem or any ideas, I have other software running using MSDE and ASP which work OK, but I'd rather reduce the M$ usage
