Are you talking about the IP that your ISP provide to you? If so, you can not change it yourself. BUT you can check with your ISP if they can reassign a different IP for you.
A static provided by ISP is fix, no way to change it by yourself.
If your ISP do not or will not reassign, you can try to have a service to mask your IP. I do not have this link off hand now. Try google to see if you can get a lead.
Dynamic IP, this will eventually change as time pass. This depend on the cycle. If you have Dynamic IP and want to change sooner, you may need to turn off your broadband modem / router for awhile. Then turn back on and see if it will pick up another IP.
