| ok, i did some modding to my phpbb site, like a quick reply box and the logo got changed... anyways, i back up my database, and install do put all nessicary folders in my abyss desktop server. anyways, when i try to restore in the admin panel, it doensnt let me saying there is an error, and when i restore my database in phpmyadmin, when i log in, it redirects me to my old host. i really need help with this guys |

oh i know why!!!!! thats because you setted the domain as the old one and i show you a simple way.
First go to log in thing and it should still log in and once you log in go to bottom and click administration panel and then go to configuration and change the domain to new domain or ip and thats it! i've solved this problem before my self lol its very easy but if you cannot log in im unable to help sorry hope this helps alot
