just wondering ....how do you make sure cgi files work with abyss?
im using cutecast forum to test on abyss i have perl working fine ...
cutecast has the whole forum under cgi ... except for the main page cutecast.pl <--- this file loads and i follow it to a tee, just want know is there anything in abyss that has to be set to make sure cgi works ok?
the cutecast board works , but when i check the server stats... im getting errors ...plus hits etc....is this normal?

Did you followed the Perl installation instruction in http://www.aprelium.com/abyssws/perl.html ?
Does you CGI Paths include the / path ?

do i have to add another / for the cgi extension , or not ?
i already have one for the pl extension..... :roll: |

You do not need to add another one. If you followed all the steps described in our guideline then you shouldn't have any trouble with Perl CGIs.
But if you still have problems, please explain us clearly what doesn't work and what's the script you use.
